Cancellation and Refund Policy

Travel Packages:
- Domestic Travel Packages: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of [specify amount]. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

Vehicle Rentals:

- Early Returns: If a vehicle is returned earlier than the agreed rental period, no refunds will be provided for the unused days.
Changes to Bookings

Changes must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled departure for domestic packages and 60 days for international packages. Any changes requested after these periods will be treated as cancellations, and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
- Changes to Vehicle Rentals: Changes to the rental period or vehicle type are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the rental start date.
Refund Processing
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@renunganmesra.online.
- Once your refund request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [specify time frame, e.g., 14 business days] and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
